Shipping & Processing
All orders are process within 2-5 business days.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
U.S. Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on U.S. orders $30 and up
- Shipping rates for orders under $30 are calculated at checkout
International Shipping
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed odd to the shipping carrier, Marahuyo Spirit is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier first.
That said — if something seems off, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Eligible damaged items will be replaces. Refunds are not offered at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Marahuyo Spirit is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
